I don’t know why I just said “hairbro.” It was the best alternative to “hair cutting guy” that I could come up with I guess.
Stylist works too but “hairbro” is now on my knuckle tattoo short list.
I know it doesn’t fit!

Daniel is the best hairbro ever. Especially if you want to do fun things with your cut. I decided, after so many bad colors in such a small amount of time, that brown is for me, at the moment. Kept a little pink so everyone at school will think I’m cool. I really really love my hair for the first time since Poppy was born.
Also, Dan somehow magically thinned my hair to the point of it NOT taking a lifetime to blow dry and flat iron. Seriously. It didn’t even take the entire length of a Law and Order: SVU episode!
The best? I don’t know about that. I’d settle for “perfect”.
“Well I’m writing something about mine”, she says. Great! How can I top that.
I’m really just scared that nobody ever fully grasps how much hair I have until they touch it. Two days ago I broke a nail trying to take it out of a ponytail. I don’t really wish the arduous task of washing, drying, and flat ironing this mess on anyone. Poor poor Dan.
That was fun! Let’s do it again (but book an extra half hour)

He’s not all that prolific. He doesn’t quite understand hownit works. He writes in allcaps. He’s sort of crazy. It would freak his ass out if a bunch of random people started posting on his wall.
My father was responsive 3 hours after quadruple bypass surgery. He was extubated by the end of the night. The next morning he was up in a chair and had orders written to leave ICU and go to the cardiac floor. He was expected to spend 24 - 48 hours in ICU. Whatever you guys did, it worked. Thank you. A thousand times, we thank you all.

My father is having a quadruple bypass this morning. I’ve only known about it since last week. While being screened for a kidney transplant something popped up. That something turned out to be some major blockages and other bad cardiac juju. So if you could spare a reflective moment of good thoughts, a mi shebeirach, a hail Mary, a bong rip or whatever ritual you perform that makes positive emotional wave lengths, Donald Everett Benson, my family and I would really appreciate it.
That is what is up.
