I received a DM this morning. It was the nicest, most meaningful compliment I received in a long time. And it came from somebody I have the utmost respect for, so that made it even better.

What took him one minute to write and send will stay with me for a long time.

Just saying…taking a second to tell someone what you think of them can go a long way toward making someone’s day or giving them a much needed boost.

(ok, that only works if you think of them positively, but you know what I mean)

I challenge everyone to email or DM someone today (or several someones) and tell them how they light up your switchboard.
